A: The rear rack needs to be suitable for panniers, ideally with three side legs to avoid the bag interfering with the rear spokes and between 12-16 cm / 4.7"- 6.3" wide. Please ensure that there is clearance between the wheel hub and the top of the rack, allowing for the secure placement of panniers.

Q: Is it waterproof?
A:The panniers are made of waterproof fabric, but for maximum protection in heavy rain, we recommend using a rain cover, as seams might not be fully watertight.

Q:What’s the capacity?
A:Two side bags connected by a top bridge. Approx 13 litres per side. As a guide, each side fits daily commute essentials or a small grocery bag.

Q:How do they attach?
A:Place the bridge panel over the rack, hook/strap the bags to the side rails, then secure the lower stabiliser strap to a rack stay. To remove, release the lower strap(s) and lift off.

Q:Are they compatible with e-bikes and disc brakes?
A:Yes—if your e-bike has a standard rear rack. Disc brakes are fine; ensure the rack offers adequate heel clearance.

Q:Can I separate the bags and use just one?
